Many opinions I've heard compare Russian Doll to Groundhog Day. That movie only took about two hours to view. After two hours of Russian Doll, the viewer will be as confused as Nadia. You have to complete watching all the episodes, and your reward will be knowing that your time watching this series has been well rewarded. Bravo to everyone involved in making this series an example of what television can be, but so rarely is.
