Smart, twisty turny. Even in 2020, it has stood up. "Me Too" turned on its head. Best acting Tyler Perry has played in any movie, even his own. I hated Ben Affleck's character, then I felt sorry for him, then I admired him. Well done.

Couldn't WAIT for this movie to come out. All the leads & even supporting actors I recognized I LIKE. Issa Rae is especially close to my heart. That said, "Little" was such a disappointment. I almost got up and left (only in part bc of the movie... theater was like the ARCTIC!). I got one good laugh early on and now I cannot, for the life of me, recall the scene. I did find the fashion interesting & innovative. To take notice of wardrobe in a movie as almost a character entirely on its own is an accomplishment. That said, the directing in this movie was poor -all these actors are more talented than in this movie. There were numerous points where "cut" should have been yelled & the scene redone completely. The script itself was also weak in my opinion... dialogue tired & trite. The kids in the movie were especially poorly acted/depicted. Not to be a total downer, the premise of the film was (is) really good... putting "black girl magic" on the Tom Hank's "Big" theme. I'm sad to say they just failed to pull it off... I really am sad. I am all about support & was intentional about seeing it opening weekend... I waited 2 months in great anticipation for this movie. Evenso, I cannot pretend I enjoyed this movie... Still hope it does well in sales though.
