There’s too much talking and personal opinions and insights during the performances when I’m just trying to enjoy the music and judge the playing for myself. I don’t need to be guided or gently pushed in solely one direction when I’m trying to decipher the piece for myself. Just text on the screen, showing their thoughts, would’ve been great. The transitioning from 2D to 3D looks silly but it doesn’t necessarily ruin it for me— I just wanted to point out it’s fun funkiness. Not to mention, the random real people, filmed, inserted into certain parts. Don’t take my review whole heartedly cuz I only watched a handful of episodes from both seasons because I couldn’t find myself sitting and binging to this show, but from what I deduced, I can’t understand how his voice became higher after puberty in the Japanese Dub. It’s an interesting concept. I have a lot of respect for pianists and all musicians. I also have respect for concerts and their etiquette so I was pretty dumbfounded when ppl were yelling and cheering after the professional performances. It was very ajar and I laughed so thank you? I love raw music where u can feel emotion over “skill”, so I may not be the best to judge, but when the piano playing started sounding CPU generated or prerecorded, it took away from a lot of the beauty and experience of the show.

I’m a huge critic and this movie is seriously as great as I thought it’d be. People found Bee slightly annoying, but for you to be only offended by it, most due to the Bayverse, truly shows lack of understanding of the Transformer Universe. Some people refuse to give this action packed, beautifully cinematic, character-building, character-developing, careful and intelligent world-building, story-driven, entertaining, always-keeping-you-on-your-toes, important and subtle character design, true-to-the-originals referencing script, and well-done music and influential sfx effects of a movie a chance, because the va voice changes. I think the voices were a great representation of the characters and their whole franchise of what they stand for and/or are recognized for—- so the charm is not lost regardless of the hate towards Chris Hemsworth voicing the beloved Optimus —or rather Orion Pax and Optimus Prime. The stand-alone voice is a remarkable second to the legend of Peter Cullen. Detach yourself from the human world, and enjoy the universe of the Transformers. For starters, there are no humans hogging Transformer screen time when the movie is called “Transformer”. That alone, I am grateful for. 3D for this movie in theaters was definitely an experience I will always be grateful for and will always enjoy, every time I look back on it. Thank you for your expansion on the Universe of Transformers. Unanimous 9.9/10. Edit: I read other reviews and no one seems to really understand what “Original Transformers” means. We see through the lens of different age groups. Expand your knowledge and read the comics as well if you truly care. Morals? A message? The movie hints continuation. We forget there is more than meets the eye.

What a weird movie. I assume it’s rated for kids but how did they get it approved for an old stalker man who follows kids around and sucks their whole body in through his deformed mouth as the children get disfigured? The line between reality and the imaginary world is so thin I cant believe they are separate worlds, contrary to what this movie wants me to believe. The whole thing is like beautiful cinematics randomly put together that have no correlation to one another. I can’t make sense of the way the storyline unravels. The story concept is vague and assuming. I just have to take everything at face-value. They don’t explain the rules they claim that exist for the imaginary world so I have no basis to grasp the understanding of this concept. Two stars for the only touching things that I could make sense of which were the music, the hand-drawn art, and the one scene with the backstory of her dad. A lot of the characters freak out over random things that don’t need to be freaked out over, but things that are really freaky, they either don’t address or face it deadpan. Hard movie to relate to and not well thought out. I watched Japanese dub—a rare time I was not impressed by the actors—and the voices did not fit a lot of the character’s expressions. They were emotionless or soft and too calm compared to the work put into the facial expressions and body language. I was confuffuled throughout the movie and the mom was definitely some kind of possessed doll at times—she seemed hardly realistic, especially in her demeanor against the old creep who was clearly sabotaging her only child and asking for surveys from her.
