Asked for this game for Christmas and was excited when I got it. I couldn't even log in and talked to two separate agents who couldn't help. I have moved and have changed my number so they could not verify who I was. They want me to purchase an new Xbox account. Truly disappointed and I am gonna return and exchange for the new call of duty. SMH
