I saw the series and was intriguid. After a few episodes i decided to download the book. The series was OK. A little difficult to follow, but good. The book was a total disappointment. It is usually the other way around. The book is usually better than the series. Not in this case, I was so confused by the detail of all the 12 or 13 male charaters and the in depth description of their character and motives. Too many players and too many naratives about their charaters to keep track of, i felt like i should keep notes on them all and that is not entertaining. I tried to rewatch the series and tried to fit them together, but gave up. So sorry.
