Zack Snyder's Justice League is the original version of the movie, and it's so much better than the 2017 version. It's phenomenal! The story flows well, the characters arcs are longer and better explored, and there is so much more detail. It is a delight for fans! It is much easier for non-fans to follow too (if they've kept up with the series thus far). The soundtrack is also beautiful.
I do not have enough words of praise for this movie to do it justice. Watch it for yourself. You'll see what I mean. <3 If you're concerned about the run time, just pause it and get lunch. Treat it as intermission like at the opera, ballet, or Bollywood films.
The gray version looks intriguing, so I may need to watch it too. Not sure why that is the only version of the two ZSJL cuts available to review...
Regarding the #SnyderCut vs the 2017 version: I cannot fathom how someone could have seen this cut and then decided it was a good idea to gut it, reshoot it all, package it into the disappointing 2017 movie. I cannot believe someone would go out of their way to cut out the storyline/screen time for actors of color and reduce this film's diversity. Shame on you! Also, stop reducing a movie's run time. Just split into two parts or a TV series. It surprises me how many people complain about the run time and then binge an entire TV season/show (4+ hours) within one day.
