Don't waste your time with this movie. It's long, boring and all over the place. It's supposed to be the prequel to Gettysburg, but after watching it for over 4 hours it was not what I expected after watching maybe the best Civil War movie I've personally ever seen [Gettysburg]. Lastly no one can play General Lee better then Martin Sheen and General Longstreet better than Tom Berenger, both did not return to reprise their roles. This movie would have been better off concentrating on one major battle, rather then jumping all over the place. Disappointing movie compared to the 1993 Movie Gettysburg.
