I'm so glad I got to enjoy the show before reading reviews. These people sound like such unhappy creatures. It's a show that seems aimed at teenagers and younger audiences. As an adult I enjoyed it. It was cute, entertaining and visually nice to watch. Enjoy it for what it is. The plot is straight forward, the sides aren't as clean cut as they appear and there is real believable interactions EVEN IF you roll your eyes because we can all see ourselves letting pride, fear and the plethora of human emotions steer us to irrational decisions.
