Realtor for 30yrs, which included 14 yrs of tract home management🤗 Big fan of all ur shows, except every episode of ur fixer uppers, Jonathan always has a over budget surprise.👎 I know ur trying to keep it in budget, but that has to tick buyers off.🤔 Allow surprises in ur budget, or Drew fight for lower buying price.🤗

This show is the Best, out of all the HGTV shows👍👍 I never tire from watching it. Not like property brothers, in every show it costs the buyer more $$. Jonathan should allow for more repairs in the older homes. I quit watching it.
