A phenomenal game that inadvertently exposed the deep toxicity in the gaming community. This game is nothing short of a masterpiece. Even if you couldn't stand 3rd person games, even if you couldn't stand games with cutscenes, there'd be no denying that this game is a masterpiece of the genre. If you like both of these things, then this is an instant purchase. I'd go as far as saying it's worth specifically purchasing a PS4 to play, even if you never play another game on it again. Possibly the most gut-wrenching and well-written story to ever grace a videogame. Gameplay is hard, tense, and at times, brutally unforgiving. The 1 star reviews are from deeply, deeply bigoted man-children who cannot handle either strong female protagonists, or other concepts that challenge their extremely weak masculinity. The game is amazing, the people who review-bombed it are pitiful.
