Before this seen you have puts alot of seens about corruption to follow the file with hero character. Did you even you know what is mean by make in India where it started? And when you pointing this dialogue to who whom? Either state government or central government and your whole story running or state level or central level? Writting dialogue that doesn't mean you're skilled it proved you're a matured one where to put the dialogues. Don't try to be a overnight star think before writing dialogues.
