The movie reflects the reality in narrating how the office of the Prime minister was surrendered to those who were controlling him from the back door, who were ineligible to occupy the position of Prime minister and made a mockery of our democracy. Though Dr Manmohan was a well educated person, he was inept in handling it and allowed unscrupulous elements to control his decisions.
