This is a slow character study, so if you like action, this is not the movie for you. I wanted to see this movie because I've often thought about living alone for months without intrusion. Of course, I would need electricity, plumbing and internet with a town being a short car ride away. But what I liked is how it showed living off the land (gardening/fishing, not the shooting of animals), beautiful scenery, and the meaning of friendship, people helping people without ulterior motives. It's a movie with a simple message and understated great acting. How life can be beautiful when you remove the complications.
