While some TV shows enter the arena at a 'glacial' pace, and never pick up, as if there's some special gratification to be gained by the viewer by being made to wait for something that never appears, that is NOT the case with 'American Rust'. Hanging in there for American Rust was well worth it as the characters were slowly and thoughtfully folded into a finale that paid off big time. Looking forward to Season 2, please and thank you.
