Where do I begin? First of all when you have perfection why mess with it? Patrick Swayze will ALWAYS & FOREVER be the only Johnny Castle point blank period. Now I personally liked the actor who played Johnny (Colt Prattes) he was gorgeous & I thought he could dance. But why did they have to make him a complete jerk? Who cares about her parents? The story everyone wants to see is Johnny & Baby! Major moments that were so special were completely changed or removed, that final dance was a huge let down. I could keep going on but mostly what upsets me is the ending. Of course we all wanted to know what happened between them after the dance but in our hearts they lived happily ever after so don’t give me some awkward meetup at the show with her kid & husband! Baby is supposed to be with Johnny not some random. Whoever said this movie should be remade needs to be fired ASAP! Don’t mess with PERFECTION!

The oddest movie I have ever seen and I grew up on 80’s horror so that’s saying a lot. I felt like they portrayed beautiful black women as embarrassed of their natural beauty. I sat through the entire thing for one reason and one reason only Usher Baby!!!
