To be honest about the movie's quality, instead of blindly promoting feminism; it is not great.
The movie focusses so much on feminism, sexism and racism that it looses it's story.
There are definitely funny and relatable moments, but they are heavily overshadowed by the female empowerment. I think promoting feminism is good, but I don't think it works being the main focus of a story. We've seen this in a lot of movies before and I think this is just another movie that falls in the same holes. Characters often do things unlike themselves, just to serve the narrative.
I think there is a way to make a good movie that promotes feminism, but I sadly don't think this is it.
