Mama Iron

I see a lot of reviews stating it’s “accurate” and it’s “like the books.” While some of that is true, it’s not enough to hold this together. This was directed and casted poorly, time skips are awful. Even for someone who knows what happened. There’s many important scenes that are completely absent because they didn’t feel like spending time/budget on it. They focused entirely too much on the romance and left out all the best parts of the actual action/stories. NONE of the females are accurate portrayals of the women described. Geralt is great, but without him (and Ciri) this would’ve flopped. Finally, they took something grim and action packed and turned it into another Game of Thrones. Another soap opera drama focuses more on diversity than OG canon characters. Disappointed.
