I have no hesitation to say that this book is a real practical, application oriented book. It will be extremely useful for practising managers as well. While I have used parts of the book in some earlier courses, I am now teaching an elective course on "Strategic Quality Management" and I'm using this book extensively for teaching the quality tool kit. The Video One Case Study storyboard approach that runs thru the different applications is really very good. The mixed use of the Old 7QC tools & the 7 New QC or management tools is also a very useful aspect of the book. I'm surprised that a new/revised edition of this book has not appeared so far - or perhaps I haven't chanced to see it/use it
