First of all, it's a movie and not a book on moral science or medical practice. Please judge this movie in the genre it is made for. It is a musical romatic comedy. Definitely not trying to be an educational documentary. Don't listen to critics if you don't want to. Bcs the same people who celebrated sacred games for its raw nature will try to trash this film just because they think it touches on a "sensitive" topic and should have been more responsible. I mean, HIpocricy at its best huh!

Only complaint I have from the movie is that they shouldve spent more time on establishing how dhanush falls for sara. Other than that, I loved the journey. Lighthearted, refreshing and absolutely entertaining. It is not necessary that a movie based on mental illness has always to be dark or crime thriller. This movie proves it and in a brilliant way. Everything that some of the critics are pointing out as problematic in the film, is actually intentional. Like, the age gap between sara and akshay. The movie tries to make you hate sara or at least not connect with her in the beginning. Sometimes, her filmy notion about true love and fancies will cringe you. But in the right time, you will know that it was all intentional of the makers. Dhanush and sara both nail their roles. But the biggest highlight for me, will always be this movie's music, AR Rahman is an absolute genius.
