A few too many scenes that did not seem to be significant enough to be left in the film. Some unanswered questions at the end. It is interesting that the Counselor is never addressed by his name. Too much psychological rambling regarding the fate of the drug deal participants does not make this a deep thinking film. A lot of violence - naturally - in a drug story. I am a Brad Pitt fan. He is in only a few scenes but they are good. He is murdered quite horribly at the end.
