After Daredevil Season 1-2 and Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist were pretty disappointing. Maybe in some way even The Defenders was a disappointment. But with The Punisher, the Netflix-Marvel duo have put their head back in the game. The show brings out the battles of Frank Castle and not the Punisher (for most of the show) and that is not what we get to see/read most of the time. The finesse in the way it is brought out and the way it is made to look is why I would like to recommend this show! Jon Bernthal amazes me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
