How can anyone call themselves 'masterchef' when they are only good at cooking one kind of food or cuisine -- sweet or savory, tarts, dumplings, Vietnamese... ? Would be more informative if the judges' comments could go beyond 'cracker', 'unbelievable' or 'out of this world. Why are they negative-comment-averse?
