Great show , beautifully written, it mixes drama, humor , and spectacular motives superbly. The characters are all played very well. Great acting. Definitely looking forward to the next season !

I wasn't sure about Ricky Gervais years ago, didn't really liked him much, came across as arrogant, vulgar and not very funny,. But boy did he grow on me.... watching his hosting of the GG he made me laugh to no end, and now ,with After Life, I think he produced a master piece of comedy/drama. I lost my wife in February....we had both just retired months before and bought the house of her dreams and were ready to finally relax a bit and enjoy each other for the remainder of this joke we call life. We were soul mates , after 26 years of being inseparable she just started feeling poorly, went into the hospital and in four weeks she was no more. So, I can definitely relate to the pain and despair. But also felt uplifted by the great comedy and the acting. So, THANK YOU , and I can't wait for the third season.
