Alright so beware: opinions.
This movie is bad.
I can see that everyone involved put a lot of effort, and I can respect that, but it's really just not good. The entire conflict in the story is that people hate quirky Star Girl because she is quirky.
Like a kid gets hurt on the football team they're playing against, and she goes with them to the hospital (first off I don't think they'd let that happen especially because his family would've likely been there but that's besides the point) the entire school ostracizes her. They hate her because she went to the hospital with the kid.
I also found the romance aspect extremely forced, as well as the quirkiness extremely forced.
Honestly these characters were very two-dimensional.
Also Star Girl's "trying to be nice so she gave a kid his bike" was stupid. No person in their right mind would do that, simply because the family got rid of it FOR A REASON, Duh.
In conclusion 1/5 unrealistic boring watch.
I think the music wasn't bad, but I could've done without some of it.

10/10 amazing book 😩😩😩. i need 30 words to post this. fun fact: it is late and i cant really see. But this book is really good. Its about high school relationships and how they form and fall apart, theres so much written to devour and more behind the scenes inferences to make and I love it.
