The game itself is really good but the way it's being handled is.... questionable. But I guess for a free-to-play game it's normal to expect a lot of P2W elements in it. The optimization is quite poor as well with it having random fps drops every now and then. Supposedly a new engine (unreal engine 4) is supposed to fix this but we'll see. Also, the community in both NA and EU doesn't make it any better by always setting unnecessary high standards for normal daily runs. If you're new to it currently, I'd advise staying away.
