Unreadable. He may have some good ideas, but he can't write. Jumps from thought to thought, has topic headers that then never discuses the topic. He goes on and on about having a clear roadmap but then doesn't present one. He tells you to take things, be it food or vitamins but most of the time never tells you the amount. Some of the things he says to take he never tells you what it is, you have to google it, and some of them are prescription only. Also the book is only available thru his website and comes in the form of a google drive doc, which you can not download or highlight or print. I don't think he needs to worry about people pirating this book becasue it is worthless.
