This game's sailing mechanics are the absolutely amazing. It really does feel as though you are sailing on the high seas. The voyages are really fun as you have to read a map and put together a heading and sail for it. All while avoiding or fighting giant sharks, ghost pirate ships and the kraken. When you land on shore you have to search for buried treasure using a compass and shovel, or just chase chickens around with a chicken cage. Or fight waves of skeleton pirates to kill the captain. Though my only gripe with the game is attempting to play solo. Which is doable but very difficult, and I seam to run into more players than usual going solo than with friends which adds to the frustration.Though overall the game is really fun. Also nothing is more scary than being on a sloop and seeing a Meg jump up by your ship for the first time.
