If you enjoyed "A Series of Unfortunate Events" you will enjoy this movie equally as well. Millie Bobby Brown is magnificent as a young libertine intent on running her own life her own way. Helena Bonham Carter is also magnificent as her mother who let this curious spirit breathe and be free on an overgrown family estate. Susie Wokoma is the perfect actor to be Edith in the Tea Shop where more than petite dejeuner happens. Bravo Susie!
I need more of these fine actors on my screen please. Fiona Shaw should not be left out of the acting powerhouses in the movie. She is joined by Ellie Haddington and Frances de la Tour (a la Club Harry Potter), Claire Rushbrook from Doctor Who 13, and Hattie Morahan who I know from Bletchly Circle, Alice Through the Looking Glass, and the latest Beauty and the Beast! The women of this cast are simply perfect and masterful individually, but together I can't imagine who else could have possibly made this any better. Well done! And more Enola Holmes stories please.
