I never enjoyed Barney as a child, he just never entertained me. The first actor died from suffocation from the costume, and another actor got arrested for drug possession, and just so much. There was a deleted episode/lost episode of Barney talking about death. The intro was deep and whispered. One of the kids said, "Barney what's death?" and Barney said, "This is death" and ate one of the kids. All the kids started screaming and he started chasing them! I don't recommend this show at all.
