Two episodes in and I’m lost for words at how terrible this is, it’s like a B movie but a series with bad acting and terrible 90s effects and the zombies are a complete joke they don’t die even when shot in the head and body parts crawling off on their own causing havoc. More of a cheap comedy. I can’t continue watching this and wasting anymore of my time.

Liked the first half of series but I started to find the lead girl becoming irritating and even though her boyfriend’s grandfather was to blame for her mother’s death and had a right to be upset she behaved unfairly towards her boyfriend who was also a victim of his grandfather’s abuse, I found her annoying towards the end as I think she just liked the ex boyfriend constantly running after her.

So disappointed with this series and the ending was left with so many unanswered questions. I watched this because I enjoyed the haunting of hill house and Bly manor and had high expectations but like I said I was extremely disappointed and the only reason why I gave it two stars was because the first couple of episodes were good and engaging. Last episode was just pointless and bizarre and left me feeling unfulfilled.

I don’t know where to start the film is that bad. First off the Mother clearly has postnatal depression but the film makes her look like a crazy needy person who needs locking up and all the deaths around the kid including the grandma who shouted Joshua No before tumbling to her death in front of a extremely busy place with cameras. Why didn’t the dad show the child psychologist the video he found of Joshua? How could a nine year old manipulate a psychologist to that degree. Very far fetched. The bit at the beginning when Joshua is sick and everyone just stands there and stares at him likes he’s committed a murder and the lack of inclusion with him within the family no wonder he was troubled. Hate the way it ended with nobody finding out the truth that’s always a put off for me in a movie it’s not got proper closure.

Sorry this film is ridiculous on so many levels. How could the police think zach was capable of all that damage in the house and what about the missing doctor at the hospital, how could nobody in that hospital have not seen imposter doctor? What about when zach almost found the not so hidden camera, he sees where someone’s been drilling but doesn’t check it out further. Sorry but I miss the days where the good guy wins or is that just me?

Started off really good but as with all of Ridley Scott films it started to go towards the ridiculous. Sorry I couldn’t give it more than a two and I feel I’m being generous with that.

Absolute rubbish. Michael has lost his scare factor. They took away the brother and sister concept so film makes no sense to me anymore cause that was the whole reason he went after Laurie in the first place. Michaels killings weren’t as random as this film so it’s taken away the suspense and creepy vibe you got with the original. When will these new film reboots realise lots of blood and gore doesn’t make it a good film.

Maybe Bella Thornes character is messed up but why is the man sin free here. Especially when he thinks she’s pregnant and says I’m 17 I can’t support a baby but he should of thought of the consequences when he slept with her five minutes after breaking up with his girlfriend. So why is he the hero the only victim here is Alison.

Purchased this film on sky store for £13.99 as it had 4 1/2 stars but I was extremely disappointed as the film was laughable. Storyline dragged and special effects were a joke ax you could hear blood bags burst. There isn’t enough time in the world to list every fault with this film and was shocked as it got good reviews on sky as they’ve marked really good films so low in the past. Don’t waste your time or money.
