What I appreciate the most is how real the movie is, there's no point in reciting what the movie is about and what it represents. It's a real story, no matter how much hope I had for Charlie to be better. He had already dug a whole too deep to get out of. In as much as he was a positive person, always wanting to see the beauty in everything. And yet he struggled so much to be positive in his own life, or even seeing the beauty in his own life. His daughter was his only way to find redemption. It was not fair for him to out his daughter through any of that. But leaving her with those words of encouragement and a way to look at life differently might seem like it was worth it. But was it really? Was it to make himself feel better, offload on his daughter. Or was it going to be too much of a difficult task for him to face his own demons to finally be able to live for his daughter and for himself.
Overall wonderful storyline. So true and realistic. And absolutely amazing cast and acting
