Overdramatic, not very realistic.
Few points to raise:
1. The character Manoj didn't know that cheating was something bad and the DSP had taught him this for the first time doesn't make sense, he saw his own father who was against all this kind of unlawful and immoral activities, a guy studying in 12th is not that immature that he didn't know cheating is immoral and some DSP will have to teach him so.
2. The interview was kind of a joke as if Manoj is more deserving than others, there are poor people studying in IITs also, maybe some of them have seen more poverty than the lead himself, he can't assume that only he has done all the struggles to reach there.
Also most the people preparing for civil services have the aim to change everything, but very few remain the same after cracking it, so Manoj claiming himself to be the most honest also doesn't make sense.
3. The person who literally helped Manoj for everything was shown as villain and side role, Manoj claimed he did it without support, but he got support from almost everyone.
4. Surviving with 3 hours of sleep is basically impossible, filmmakers must study and understand science before exaggerating things to this extent.
Liked the struggle, so rating 2.
But it's just an average movie, nothing more than that.
TVF's series are more realistic.
And for instance, I'm a Bengali medium guy who studied in the most mediocre school of the entire area, still learnt English all by myself without any tuition or something, as I had great interest towards Maths, Sciences and English.
