I have noticed that PBS Newshour has less news and more what I would call "filler" lately. For example, I read online today (Monday) that Trump was fined $6.5 million last Thursday for misuse of funds from his charity. I watch Newshour faithfully and did not hear that reported. I get that you use "re-runs" for the segments when fund-raising is going on, but on week-end edition lately we have had several re-runs. Is it a question of lack of funds for reporting? If so, please tell us that during your show. There is a lot going on that is, or should be, of concern to citizens and not all of us get our news on the internet. It has gotten so that I am questioning whether watching Newshour every evening is the best use of my time.
