Most of the things that have been revamped for the Remake work. the Voice acting is great. The music feels both nostalgic and fresh with some new songs mixed in for good measure. The visuals are stunning and Midgar has never looked more bleak and stunning a few texture problems here and there but overall looks fantastic. The new areas keep the game feeling fresh and the population talking among its self, makes Midgar feel more lived in and personable. The only thing I will knock on this game for is the Weapon Leveling System, having to back out, select another weapon, and watch the little transition got tiresome, they could have mapped weapon switching to L1 and R1. I really don't have a lot negative to say except for the maguffin I feel that it was overused, even though it has it's significance. Its great to see the Merc, the Bartender, the Ancient, and the AVALANCHE leader again. Protect your honor as SOLDIER!
