Nilanjana Sarma

An excellent portrayal of an entire development of the protagonist(Allen Ginsberg)'s life from a second fiddle position. How a subtle intellect metamorphoses into a rebel given the proper catalysis is depicted just fine! The story however revolves around the sexual encounters of Lucien Carr and obsession of David Krammer. The dark phase the changed lives of some of the brightest minds in Columbia University. May be the phase is just a story that occurred in a phase of life or a phase that made radical change in mind to propel a rebellion necessary for the poetry.
