I thought the acting was outstanding. The ending was surprising, but very understandable. What else could you do?

Given such a stellar cast I was disappointed. The first twenty minutes were just not captivating. I expected more interaction throughout between the two main characters. In fact, the most captivating part was the Sharon Tate segment. Furthermore, and I realize it was 1969, there was ‘far’ too much smoking throughout.
