GTA 4 and TBOGT are two sides of the same coin - one is dark/serious while the other is light/fun . A refreshing story showcasing the brighter side of Liberty city (even the game color filter changes to reflect the same) . The music , clubs everything is so perfect its almost like a new game. The fact that I'm writing this playing the game after 16 years since its release is a testament to the timelessness of the GTA 4 as a game
