I love AHS but this is riverdale level garbage unsalvageable and claiming it’s murderhouse is a lie. These girls are easily 30 and the show is a badly written YA Novel. I’m surprised Matt bomer, the only real actor on the show agreed to do this poor guy. I’m lost on why some people give it good reviews they’re probably early teens who like the show for it’s bad plot devices, easily foreseen archetypes, and predictable dialogue you can literally see every tiny thing coming. Nothing is HORROR about this but the quality of writing. The therapist who wants to talk about feelings the annoyingly two dimensional characters the mediocre Z list actors it’s just all around bad. I’ve watched AHS since forever and LOVE the show but this is cheap imitation it’s written like a fan fiction by a tween at recess rather than creators of such an inspirational artistic show known for plot twists great writing and quality of both acting and cinematography I’m surprised anyone who helped create the original show had anything to do with this and I don’t know how they could watch this and choose to release it it just gets worse as you go along by episode four I had to fast forward it was boring and cringe worthy. The episode is so obviously about the paul brothers and influencer houses being full of psychopaths and sociopaths everything’s a cliche of a rip off of a story that already exists it’s just not good.

This is a skip if you know anything about the history of Mormonism from a historical, non-religious point of view it’s just a no. Was excited to see it but it just sucked. Honestly? I love horror and gore and psychological thrillers and just about every genre for movies. This movie was like a student film with a budget it was not as deep as people think. It romanticized mental illness (IMO). The camera angles, quick scene switching, drone shots and color balancing looked like something out of a local college indie festival. As a therapist, I can say the movie is NOT as psychologically “deep” as everyone likes to make it out to be. It’s alright plot wise but I didn’t particularly like any of the main characters so I didn’t really get attached. I found myself being annoyed by the main protagonist and her ,will-they-won’t-they break up, frat boy boyfriend. All in all? It was okay but I definitely wouldn’t pay for it or watch it again.

This is by far the weirdest show I’ve ever seen weird sex weird dialogue characters from hell and plot lines made by crackheads I love the chaos
