A brilliant film! The writing, camera work and in particular the acting are all top notch. A must see!

Unfortunately this movie is so thin on everything. The plot, acting, direction is so plodding and just not good at all. The cast tried to make it work but it’s just a mess. Sandra Bullocks makeup is horrible (maybe it was bad lighting?), and when Tatum Channing bends in to kiss her she looks exactly like post op Micheal Jackson. Truly an ew, yuck moment. I still get the willies thinking about it!

The opening song was marginal but after the bathtub sequence I was hooked. A marvellous movie, top notch. The acting, singing and dancing was spot on. Go see it with no expectations clouded by the original and have fun!!
