This is the best realistic Korean Drama .I admire kwang soo and other co stars acting in this drama.Interesting plot and must watch.SIMPLY AMAZING DRAMA.This drama broke the typical story lines of a korean drama and brought the viewers much different side

I really liked both seasons equally but I have to Say season 1 had better team work and the individual cast stories was inter connected .Season 2 was more of character development .Really liked Seo weo jin character and 4 th year doctor .They did a good job ! Hoping for a season 3 with both seasons casts

Only critique that I have is they gave way too much screening time for support roles while the main lead was the best and there were few episodes main leads was actually absent or only had one or two scenes

I loved this drama and Deng Lun character was amazing ! well written get more and more excited as the drama comes to an end
