An interesting premise was wasted, no logic at all. A guy without any mistake undergoes sacrifice leaving his family, but the actual offender and offence is not touched at all. Protagonist's travel to Kerala and Kasi is unrelated to the screenplay. No idea why it got good reviews. Mokka. Rating: 1/5

Total dissatisfaction…A perfect plot for a thriller but nelson failed miserably in Writing & execution.. no thrills.. too much of heroism..even vijay could not save this film

This was surprising, sad that this movie didn't get its due recognition during release. Sad that few OTT giants failed to buy this as this would have contributed more to the film' success. Simple feel good film with a modest attempt. No unwanted scenes and drama. The core story and plot was conveyed nicely. Great casting as it made a big impact in the respective performances. !!! A good watch!!

Nice movie..this is inspired by a tamil movie titled "Iyarkai" which released way back in 2003. Though the story is different, both have so much similarities . That movie's climax had an everlasting impression on then 90' kids. I would still rate that one better than Diya and would digest that climax rather than this movie's...Nevertheless the performance of the cast and characterization were superb!! I wish it had a better climax

Fantastic movie!! highlights how people are made fools by the name of religion..Terrific performance by Fahadh faasil , literally carries the movie on his shoulders. All characters were apt. Nazriya's character was nice but the screen time was agonizingly less. Must watch!! Go for it!! Watch for Fahadh's performance

Another courtroom drama involving a high profile Bollywood director accused of rape by a woman working under him. This film manages to differentiate the difference between upholding justice and upholding the Law. Its also manages to convey how soon we as a people come to conclusion of believing men accused as the culprit so easily. Also this film manages to showcase the reality of how men at power use women for their benefit. At the same time, not every-time and not always the men who is accused of rape are culprits, they can be victims of false accusations too.. this one was too nicely handled with a convincing ending . Must watch!

Super movie!!..Though the premise follows the genre of a cop thriller based on a psychopath hunt, this one manages to be different. Kudos to the director for the screenplay and good story line. There is never a dull moment in the film and also never becomes predictable. In addition to that the film also manages to convey the male chauvinistic society and the perception of a women's portrayal is conveyed along with story very convincingly. The climax is wonderfully written and executed and makes us get satisfied with it.. This one is a must watch!! Catch it on amazon prime streaming now!!

Fantastic movie!!, loved it..Parthiban never fails to experiment and deliver new content, this time a movie which focuses only on a single character on camera with few other characters which aren't shown. Felt like we aren't watching a movie but reading a novel where the protagonist narrates the story. We can literally imagine the characters and the events as narrated by parthiban. If you are a fan of parthiban's witty self, you can enjoy more in this dialogues and word connections . Hope this kind of movies gets noticed!!!

wow!!! what exhilarating cinematic experience!! Jallikattu is a movie with a simple story, a buffalo from a slaughter house escapes and creates havoc in the village and how the villagers try to catch it. The screenplay is brilliant, never felt bored even for a single minute. The movie tries to portray the dark side of humans and the evil inside everyone. At one point we could realize that the actual havoc is created by the humans and not by the buffalo. The forest scenes and the events which lead to climax were surreal. The human pyramid and the chaos, wildness and the comparison with the stone age sapiens explains the whole intended message. A must watch 4.0/5!!
