I don't know anyone who hates this show! It provides so much lore and is packed full of action! If you watched The Mandalorian and were confused when other Star Wars fans were really hyped to see characters you didn't know a thing about, watch all 7 seasons of this show then watch The Mandalorian all over again! This show is 99% masterpiece! Especially the 7th season! The terrible parts of the show (1%): I am a HUGE General Grievous fan and in the older 2003-2005 clone wars (the one that came out before this one) he was by far the most intimidating characters in the show because of how scary, smart, agile, and simply put, overpowered he was. But Dave Filoni decided to make the only mistake he has made in his entire career: make Grievous as stupid as a battle droid in the new clone wars. Before this show, Grievous took on 6 Jedi at once, killing 3 of them and very severely injuring 2 well known Jedi before they retreated. Oh, and I should mention that in order to retreat, the Jedi needed a whole gunship full of clones that were completely barraging Grievous with blaster fire but Grievous still managed to make them retreat AGAIN! But in this show, Grievous struggles to take on a FREAKING YOUNGLING!!! I cringed multiple times during many of the Grievous scenes and unlike the old clone wars show, they didn't show why Grievous was severely injured and coughing in Revenge of the Sith. I would have loved to see Grievous invade Coruscant and kidnap the chancellor while taking down multiple Jedi on the way like he did in the old clone wars instead of the useless "I dumped the spice cuz I'm stupid" arc during the 7th season. I also missed the large scale battles from the 2003-2005 clone wars. Don't get me wrong, almost every episode in this show (the new clone wars) has a much better plot but they are always doing side missions and even when they do enter into what should be a large scale battle, there are only a few hundred droids where as the old 2003-2005 clone wars has literally thousands of droids involved in some of their battles which made clones seem so much cooler!
