My personal favorite Kirby platformer; this title combines the best elements of Kirby Triple Deluxe with all-new mechanics that work perfectly with the established formula. Furthermore, it ditches some of Triple Deluxe's less-enjoyable elements in favor of a more balanced and refined experience. It easily surpasses even its successor, Kirby Star Allies, although that is a fine game too. Although some of the game's fanservice references may go over new players' heads, and the lore can be somewhat of a mess to unscramble, I can easily recommend this game to both Kirby veterans and newcomers alike.
