The books were incredible! I still re-read them to this day, and will continue to do so, but the movie... It disappointed me very much. Hardin's character was completely re-written. Everything happened to fast, to the point it made the entire movie that much less worth watching. It should have been a tv series, instead of cramming all you could into a few hours. Or even a two part movie... What happened to the "Bad Boy, Good Girl?" Tessa was so quick and willing to give in to Hardin, you took out the best parts. The parties, the drama, Hardin being a bipolar a**, always messing up and doing things wrong? Without all that, this movie is honestly nothing.
