I really wanted to love this but I didn't. The combination of the cinematography, the casting (Jafar & the Sultan) and the additional songs that weren't in the original made this feel like a low budget rendition that should've been screened on TV. I wanted to have faith in Guy Ritchie and Disney but it doesn't hold a candle to Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella and the Jungle Book.
