I’m in love with this show! The cast are incredibly talented and perfectly cast and work well together

As someone who finds it hard to get really invested in a show, I was completely shocked about how much love I have for this show from the opening scene in 1995 to the final scene that leaves us on a suspenseful cliffhanger. The music is amazing. The choreography is spectacular and vibrant. The cast is the most amazing group of people on and off camera (as we have seen in interviews, behind the scenes content and when watching their social media content) I have never seen such a close cast. Madison Reyes (Julie) kills it and I would have thought she had been doing theatre and television for years. But this is her first professional gig she has booked. The boys from the 90s band Sunset Curve bounce off each other with lines and witty banter like they have actually been best friends for years. Netflix still hasn't renewed this masterpiece and it came out in September. Go watch it if you haven't already. you will not regret it!

It wasn't very good. I watched one episode and realised it wasn't going to be as good as Gilmore Girls (it is basically a knock off). It is hard to become completely invested in the show like I have done with some of Netflix's other shows such as Julie and the Phantoms which I fell in love with from the first minute like many people. Netflix hasn't renewed this show yet. There are always dozens of comments on Netflix posts asking them to renew Julie and the Phantoms. I would NOT do that for this show as I will never be as satisfied as I am with other shows!
