Of course you have to watch it once because it's, ya know, the sequal to one of the best disney movies ever. But you definitely don't have to watch it twice. And you probably won't want to. The songs and topics are inconsistent with the original characters we came to know and love in the original. At one point, Christof starting singing some weird boy band 80's type song, and I just kept wondering when he was going to wake up from this weird dream sequence. Our loving and naive Anna sings a song about depression and suicide, and Elsa's usual vocally strong emotional songs feel a little too "poppy" and quickly put together. Overall it felt like the Disney probably didn't take the time they needed to make the movie great and memorable, and instead, it's just meh.
