I was able to watch the film this past Saturday with my girlfriend and we enjoyed it very much. The plot was simple and was not too serious as I have seen with other MCU films/shows. It was a nice refresher that made the both of us laugh out loud. Without spoiling anything, we finally get to see how far Thor has come spiritually and mentally. His character development has been the best thing overall in the MCU. He is a breathe of fresh air in this film, along with Jane, Valkyrie, and Korg. The Gotg crew is nice to see because we haven't seen them since Endgame. Even Christian Bale as Gore the God Butcher is great. He brings a nice dark element to the film. In my final conclusion, do not focus on the scores from critics. Do not listen to others who have seen it and are bashing it because it is not like the shows or recent movies. If you have payed attention to Thor in his other movies/team up appearances you'll understand why I think the movie is so good. For as lack luster as some of the shows and movies have been in MCU Phase 4, Thor: Love and Thunder is definitely a win. Go with an open mind, have fun, laugh out loud, and do not take it too serious. Enjoy.

If I gave it a perfect score I’d be lying but 4/5 stars is well deserving for this adaptation of the 1990s anime. What I enjoy about this live-action version is it’s own uniqueness with its story telling. I like that it isn’t a copy-and-paste style of live-action but a show that brings its own originality. It’s a very fun ride and it could be an annual thing to re-watch.

This show is one of the best ever! Big part of my childhood and one of my favorite shows of all time! It's 2020 now and the show is finally on Netflix! If you miss this show get on Netlfix now. If you still miss this show and don't have a Netlfix make one and start watching and relive the awesome moments this show created.
