Great finale to probably the best Pixar Series. Spoilers: Woody leaving with Bo Peep, Bunny, Ducky, Duke Kaboom, and the little cop (I forgot her name) was very emotional. The villain was kind of similar to The Prospector (Toy Story 2) and Lotso (Toy Story 3) where something got in their way of being with a kid, but this villain was darker and had a nice redemption, which the other two didn’t get. The whole Forky thing was kind of redundant, in that he isn’t with the group and Woody needs to save him. Some jokes fell flat, but this is easily the funniest Toy Story with new characters like Forky, Ducky and Bunny, Duke Kaboom, and older characters like Buzz and Rex. Speaking of Rex, characters that aren’t Woody, Forky, Buzz, Bo Peep, or any other new characters, went completely unused.

This is my favorite Zelda game, and since Zelda is my favorite game franchise, it would make Wind Waker my favorite game ever. The music is great, sidequests are fun, combat can be slow but satisfying, the Dungeons are well made (except Forsaken Fortress I and the mediocre Earth Temple), the characters are well written, same with the story, the art and models are very well made, and the improvements like the swift sail and shortened triforce Quest definitely make even better.

I’m in the minority of people who got the Wii U version and I might get the switch version just to play somewhere outside of my house, but right now I have the inferior version. Maybe it’s because I’m a huge Zelda fan, but even though I got the laggier version, I easily got about 100 hours into this game just exploring the map. The music is relaxing (when it’s there) and it says something about the quality of the game if I say I’ll get another version just to play wherever I want. Edit: The Dungeons are okay at best, but that’s only like 10-20% of an average playthrough. The shrines are a big part and (for the most part) offer fun challenges and puzzles. The korok seeds are satisfying to get (similar to Mario Odyssey’s moons), but you will be in a grave before you get all 900, so don’t try. Also the removal of standard items I thought was weird, but the new sheikah slate is fun and easy to use. Stuff like magnesis and stasis are fun to play around with and along with cryonis you can cheese certain challenges, and remote bombs are just easy to use.
