I legitimately enjoyed the game but when red dead 2 came out i took a break from it. When i heard of an update, i figured i'd log on and give the new features a try. It told me my account was locked. I reached out to customer service and they told me i violated terms. I asked them to elaborate considering i hadn't even played in months. They said my account was reported for duuping and they would not reopen the account. This morning i thought i'd try again and got a similar response. So it looks like no more fallout or skyrim for me going forward. They lost a customer and if you are a customer of theirs just know you are just one stolen password away from being banned with no refund. I bought this game and i bought it for my brother and my dad as well. so they basically STOLE over $200 from me and refuse to make it right.

I used to really like this game and have logged plenty of hours into it. I am very busy with my job and don't always have time for games. I was off for a while because my gaming time was being used on a certain new cowboy game (you know the one) Anyway when i jumped back on to play the game with my dad I got the 4:8:2020 error. I looked into it to see what it was and apparently someone logged into my account and was duplicating items. I hate when people use hacking clients on multiplayer games, if you do that you are bad at the game and it's just not fun... but somehow, it's my fault that their security did not prevent this from happening and i loose my game? They are refusing a refund and/or any method of making my game work again. Over the years I have enjoyed fallout and elder scrolls but this might be the nail in the Bethesda coffin for me.
